Board of Directors

Positions MNRSA as the “go to” organization for the recruiting and staffing industry

Defines the strategic plan

Sets the goals and objectives for the annual business plan

Has financial oversight of the organization

Has legal authority as described in the by-laws

Provides leadership to the organization

Estimated time required:  4-10  hours per month

Education Committee

Develops and executes the annual plan for seminars and webinars.

Evaluates the educational programs offered by MNRA.

Recruits sponsors and participants

Addresses content, delivery, cost requirements and continuing education credits.

Estimated time required:  4-10 hours per month

Public Policy Committee

Develops consistent legislative policy on behalf of the recruiting and staffing industry

Monitors developing issues and policy decisions being made by state and local elected officials

Contacts policy makers and legislators to educate and inform them of how decisions they impact the recruiting and staffing industry.

Estimated time required:  4-10 hours per month (variable based on time of year)

Special Events Committee

Develops and executes the annual plan for the organization’s special events (Symposium & Golf Tournament)

Recruits sponsors and participants through personal contact with members

Provides support at the event (registrations, technology, etc.)

Estimated time required:  4-10  hours per month
