  • Positions MNRSA as the “go to” organization for the recruiting and staffing industry
  • Defines the strategic plan
  • Sets the goals and objectives for the annual business plan
  • Has financial oversight of the organization
  • Has legal authority as described in the by-laws
  • Provides leadership to the organization
  • Estimated time required:  4-10  hours per month
  • Develops and executes the annual plan for seminars and webinars.
  • Evaluates the educational programs offered by MNRA.
  • Recruits sponsors and participants
  • Addresses content, delivery, cost requirements and continuing education credits.
  • Estimated time required:  4-10 hours per month
  • Develops consistent legislative policy on behalf of the recruiting and staffing industry
  • Monitors developing issues and policy decisions being made by state and local elected officials
  • Contacts policy makers and legislators to educate and inform them of how decisions they impact the recruiting and staffing industry.
  • Estimated time required:  4-10 hours per month (variable based on time of year)
  • Develops and executes the annual plan for the organization’s special events (Symposium & Golf Tournament)
  • Recruits sponsors and participants through personal contact with members
  • Provides support at the event (registrations, technology, etc.)
  • Estimated time required:  4-10  hours per month
