- Positions MNRSA as the “go to” organization for the recruiting and staffing industry
- Defines the strategic plan
- Sets the goals and objectives for the annual business plan
- Has financial oversight of the organization
- Has legal authority as described in the by-laws
- Provides leadership to the organization
- Estimated time required: 4-10 hours per month
- Develops and executes the annual plan for seminars and webinars.
- Evaluates the educational programs offered by MNRA.
- Recruits sponsors and participants
- Addresses content, delivery, cost requirements and continuing education credits.
- Estimated time required: 4-10 hours per month
- Develops consistent legislative policy on behalf of the recruiting and staffing industry
- Monitors developing issues and policy decisions being made by state and local elected officials
- Contacts policy makers and legislators to educate and inform them of how decisions they impact the recruiting and staffing industry.
- Estimated time required: 4-10 hours per month (variable based on time of year)
- Develops and executes the annual plan for the organization’s special events (Symposium & Golf Tournament)
- Recruits sponsors and participants through personal contact with members
- Provides support at the event (registrations, technology, etc.)
- Estimated time required: 4-10 hours per month
